Keep your User ID and password confidential. We would advise that you memorise your password and avoid keeping any written record.
Do not disclose your User ID and password to anyone, even to someone claiming to be from the bank. BBB staff will never require your password under any circumstances.
Change your password regularly.
Keep your Token secure at all time.
Immediately report to the bank if you lost your Token or there is a security breach on your password.
