- Applicant needs to be over 18 years old and the term cannot exceed 35 years or when the borrower’s current age and the term are added together, it should not be more than the maximum age limit of 65 years old
- The maximum loan amount granted normally be up to 80% of the appraised value or the balance of the refinanced loan
- Salaried or self-employed with proof of income for the last 6 months
- Good credit history with the Credit Bureau Malaysia ("CBM")

Employed

- Copy of I/C of Applicant(s) (2 sets)
- Letter from employer confirming position and salary, number of years in service
- Copies of salary slips (3 months)
- Latest Income Tax Form 'J'
- Copy of EPF statement last received (if any)
Self Employed
- Copy of the Sale & Purchase Agreement (2 sets)
- Copy of the Land Title (if any)
- Copy of I/C of Applicant(s) (2 sets)
- Business Registration for Business/Company
- Income Tax Form 'J' for past 3 years
- Business and Personal Current Account statements for past 3 months
- Audited Accounts of Company for past 2 years

- Latest 3-month salary slips OR
- Latest EA form (dated within the last 12 months) OR
- Latest BE form with LHDN receipt (or proof of tax paid) OR
- Latest EPF statement (dated within the last 12 months)
